Organization quality policy

The organization policy of LLC “Steklo-service” is to constantly increase the satisfaction of our customers. This means optimization of all processes and fulfillment of all requirements and expectations of consumers, legislative and other, mandatory in the Russian Federation, requirements.

We study the desires of our current and potential customers in the highly competitive automotive supplier market in order to gain mutual benefit. We consider it our strategic task to expand the sales market for headlights and lanterns produced by Steklo-Service LLC in Russia.

Maintaining and further developing a quality management system that meets the requirements of quality standards ISO 9001 and IATF16949 is an important prerequisite for continuous growth and, as a result, the continued success of the organization.

The quality management system brings to the fore the quality of the products, the quality of the development, as well as the extensive contacts with the customers. It offers important foundations for increasing production flexibility and cost effectiveness.

The process of continuous improvement, carried out by all employees and management, the development of “Supplier-Consumer” relationships at all levels of the organization ensure the effectiveness of solutions and minimization of costs, as a result of better quality.

The interaction of processes at Steklo-Service LLC, from customer requirements, life cycle processes, to the delivery of products to the consumer, are described in the Quality Management Guide, in the enterprise standards.

Each employee is obliged to ensure the compliance of his activities with the established requirements of the QMS, strive to work for a high-quality end result and, thus, contribute to the organization’s fulfillment of the established goals and requirements.

One of the main tasks is to support activities aimed at countering bribery and corruption.

The company’s management is responsible for the implementation of the Quality Policy and providing the resources necessary for its implementation.
